I'm Courtney Poulos, Founder of SERHANT. California and Team Lead of ACME | SERHANT., the Los Angeles and Ventura County team I've spent two decades building. I've been a licensed California real estate agent since 2005 and a California broker since 2011 (DRE 01882678), and in that time I've represented buyers, sellers, investors, and developers on everything from first homes in Highland Park to architectural trophies in the Hollywood Hills.
 
I founded ACME Real Estate as a boutique brokerage with one premise: luxury real estate should be marketed like a brand, not a listing. That belief — that great design, great storytelling, and great representation are inseparable — has shaped every deal, every team I've built, and every move I've made.
 
In April 2026, I partnered with SERHANT. as a founding member of its California expansion, bringing ACME's design DNA together with SERHANT's national platform, media engine, and luxury reach. The result is ACME | SERHANT. — a team built for the way luxury real estate actually works in 2026: visibility-driven, content-led, and obsessively client-focused.
