"Courtney is the best. I’ve worked with her through multiple transactions, starting with my first home-buying experience in LA. Other agents told me to focus on a condo because of my budget, but Courtney persisted in finding what I wanted. Finding the right property and getting me in for viewing before the competition had a chance was just the beginning. Her ability to connect and work with the other realtor in a deal is impressive. She’s able to get things DONE. She’s no less amazing on the selling side, too. While many agents would jump at the first round of offers after one open house, Courtney gauged the interest level and decided to have a second week on the market, ultimately sweeping in more offers and landing me a higher-than-expected price with easy closing terms. Our most recent purchase fell through. In spite of her hard work, negotiation, and creative problem-solving, through disclosures, the home had an aspect that was a dealbreaker for me. It was extremely unfortunate. Other than Courtney, I’ve also worked with other realtors and brokers outside of CA. She has set the bar so high that I find myself consistently disappointed by comparison. Courtney is sharp, savvy, and loyal. She is generous with her time and resources. She is upfront, and she leads an excellent team. She has integrity (who knew that was something in real estate!), and I always know if she says something is taken care of, she is on it. Whatever field she’s in, I’m sure she’d excel in. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, you’re lucky she chose to be in real estate. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney."
